Do you provide International delivery?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the world. International shipping and delivery rates vary depending upon location and weight of package. All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars.
We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International Packages ship in 5-7 business days, not including holidays but may take a few weeks to arrive.
Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

How Do I Place An Order?
You can place your order here on the website by choosing the desired hat and selecting Add to Cart and choosing Check Out to Complete your order. Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an confirmation email with all purchase details. Please make sure to check for size accuracy listed on our Fitting page that also provides directions on how to obtain your size before purchase. All customers are responsible for knowing their correct size for our custom handmade hats are NOT adjustable.
Payment & Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to processed before being shipped out. We ship anywhere in the world using USPS Standard Mail and USPS Express Priority Mail. This service allows us to offer fast standard delivery in 5-7 business days at no extra cost and express delivery in 3-5 business days for $35. Due to COVID-19 USPS may have shipping delays. Once orders are placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent out to confirm the order. Upon shipping, a second email will be sent out providing the tracking number. Please check your tracking number for shipping details.
How do I check the status of my order?
A confirmation email will be sent directly to you once your order and payment is received. Once the order is shipped, a tracking nukber will also be emailed to you providing all necessary info to keep up with your shipment. You can also log into your account and check the status that way as well. Please make sure you have entered the correct address for your shipment, if for any reason you enter the wrong address, you will be held 100% responsible for that order at that time.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We like to ensure that you receive your order accurately and as soon as possible. Therefore, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been sent.
Returns & Refunds
All orders are custom made by size and design therefore all sales are final. If for any reason, a item must be exchanged, the customer has 7 days to ship it back to the address provided in order to accomodate the customers needs. Due to the customization of our product, every customer is responsible for knowing their size at the time of their purchase which is assisted by our size chart located on the Fitting Page labeled by three different measurements being by actual size, inches and centimeters. All Hats are made an inch bigger to secure the appropriate fit. Please take into consideration if you have hair or not and the difference in size this may cause based off how you style your hair. If for any reason, your hat does not fit due to size error on your part by not having the correct size at purchase, we can refuse an exchange or agree to one all based off the circumstances of the event. Due to the fact that all hats are custom and hand made at the time of purchase, there may be a remake fee assessed between $25-$45 to recreate the same product due to time spent and material involved and also a $7 shipping fee of which will be return once the item is sent back ( only between the 7 Day window ) If The hat is not recieved within the 7 day window, customer forfeits the right to exchange. All customers are responsible for knowing their correct size at the time of purchase. ( Return Orders must be in Orginal (good) condition. Any marks or destruction to the hat, will have the exchange dismissed and the orginal hat will be shipped back to you)
